700,000Yuans' lesson

Last week i got an email From Ukraine. One man said his company are going to buy more than 20 sets of vending machine in China. I was excited. Because i know those Ukraine guys,at least i thought i knew them. I thought Ukraine guys are pretty much like Russians who are passionate and honest. It is said that you can even be invited for a drink by a total strange people on the street in Moscow. And they are not good at business, not like middle east guy. I think this is the moment i've been waiting for years.
Last saturday i asked Wayen come with me to Guangzhou. When we meet the Ukraine guy, i was a little surprised. He is only 23, very shy. It seems like he don't have much experience at all. Of couse later after that i know he was a fucking disguiser.Everything is unbelievable smooth in that day. I had his coins for water vending machine, even i have a contract form. He asked me to look throught the contract. If everything is ok, he will sign contract with me. I was glad. I thought I nailed this deal.
After a peaceful sunday, i called the guy. He suddenly said there is another factory, and their sales people are contacting with him with much better offer. I was a little panic. I know which factory he mentioned. That factory only have one year experience on this machine and only export less than 50 sets in total. The most important thing is they don't have license and testing report for the products. Which means i can do lots of thing on this point. I can even ask the custom to hold their products for months if the customer really choose them. I think i was winning.
However,things happened. Later the Ukraine guy said the total amount is raised to 60 sets. Which means i can have more than 700,000yuans profit. i was too happy to forget the most dangerous thing: Human's greed. And this danger come From my close partner, Mr.Luo. I've been work with Luo for this products for almost one year. And i thought he is an honest people. But anything ugly can happened if there is 700,000yuans profit. That son of bitch cheated me!
Later I come to the Ukraine guy with my detailed offer. I was about to explain the offer to him. At this moment, he said Mr.Luo gave him much better price with 300 US dollars less than mine. I was so surprised. About two seconds later, i realized i was abandoned by factory.
There is nothing to say on later things. Mr.Luo signed the contract with Ukraine guy. And i got nothing. I was totally losed.
But there is one thing i didn't understand at that time. I was so nice to that Ukraine guy. I drived him back and forth to GZ,I bought him plenty of meals, i took him to bar and bought beers for him. Even i losed the contract i also took him to massage. But that guy showed no grateful for everything i've done, and took them very calmly like i should do all these thing for him. I was trying to be a friend but i got nothing. That motherfucker are playing with me in the whole time.
Later I asked my friend in Moscow. He said Ukraine people are total different with Russians. They are so stingy that even Jews can't make any money in Ukraine. I said maybe that is why he don't feel embarrassing to place order with other people. My friends shout" are you kidding? Ukraine people don't even know what is embrarrassing!"
Anyway,I losed,i losed badly. After this lesson, i learned:
1. Never trust Ukraine people.
2. Never trust your parnter.
3. Always playing cool until you get the money.
4. If you want to make a successful business, choose a good partner.
But i didn't get totally nothing on this matter. Wayen gave me much support both in finance and time on this matter even this is not his business. I really appreciated what he did for me. I am with more confidence to do lighting business with him. I think he will make a very good partner.
That is pretty much it. i was so closed to the life i want to live with. I can even smell the success. I will work harder to taste what the real success is.
